Invoicing
The work is done and the invoice is a Tuesday-night data entry job.
The invoice already exists — it is the design, the visit, and the agreed price. Invoicing assembles it from those rather than asking someone to re-type them into an accounting package at the end of a fourteen-hour day.
How it works
- 01
Built from the work
Line items come from the design and the completed visit, at the price that was approved.
- 02
Raised on completion
A finished visit makes its invoice raisable the same day, not the same month.
- 03
Season-aware
Install and takedown bill the way you sold them — together, separately, or on a deposit and balance.
What it does not do
The invoice model and totals are shipped in the shared field-service layer; the holiday invoice interface is in build.
