Client Portal

Approving a design and paying for it happen in two different places, neither of which the customer likes.

The customer should have exactly one link. The portal is where they see the design, approve it, and pay — with a token in the URL as the only credential, because asking a homeowner to create an account to pay you is a way to not get paid.

How it works

  1. 01

    One link, no login

The token in the link is the credential. Nothing to remember, nothing to reset.

  2. 02

    Approve the design

They see what was specified and accept it on the record.

  3. 03

    Pay in the same place

The invoice is on the page they already have open.

  4. 04

    Come back to it

The link stays good through the season — install dates, takedown window, and receipts in one place.
