Drag-and-drop Board
In November the calendar changes hourly and it lives on a whiteboard.
The install rush is six weeks of continuous re-planning. A board with crew lanes and draggable visits is the difference between re-planning a day in a minute and re-planning it in an hour of phone calls.
How it works

Each crew is a row, each visit a block. Capacity is visible rather than remembered.

Drag to move
Move a visit between crews or days without opening it.

Conflicts surface
Double-booked crews and over-long days are visible before the morning they happen.
What it does not do
Not built yet. The scheduling and appointment APIs are shipped and the visits exist — the drag-and-drop surface over them is the outstanding work.
