Deposits & Prepay
You buy ten thousand dollars of C9 in September and get paid in December.
Seasonal lighting has brutal working-capital timing: materials and labour go out months before the money comes in. Taking a deposit at approval funds the season with the customer’s money instead of your line of credit — and a deposit turns a maybe into a booked date.
How it works
- 01
Deposit at approval
A percentage or fixed amount taken when the quote is accepted, on the same link.
- 02
Balance on completion
The remainder bills against the finished install automatically.
- 03
Filters the pipeline
The customers who will not pay a deposit in September were not going to be there in November.
What it does not do
Not built yet. Needs partial payments and deposit scheduling on top of the shipped payments rails.

Roadmap order is decided by what actually blocks lighting companies. If this is the one you need, it moves up.
